Welcome to Kelly Dewsnip Veterinary Physiotherapy

ACPAT Chartered Physiotherapist in animal therapy

Kelly is a Chartered Physiotherapist with clinics in Wincanton, Crewkerne and Sherborne. Kelly is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the specialist group ACPAT. She works with  small team of therapists who are all equally committed to providing animals with the highest standard of care.

 

 Her approach is gentle and empathetic, designed to put your pet at ease and create a sense of trust. Kelly uses a combination of manual therapies, therapeutic exercise programs and electrotherapy to help animals improve their mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their full potential. 

From elderly pets, to sporting dogs and the top of their game, physiotherapy can benefit them all.

All patients are seen with Veterinary consent, in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act. Vets, please click the referral button below to refer a patient. Clients may submit their details below, and you will be contacted to complete the registration process.

  Veterinary Physiotherapy

As a Veterinary Physiotherapist, Kelly specialises in small animal rehabilitation, including dogs, cats and small mammals. Kelly is highly experienced in pain management, injury rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and management of chronic conditions such as hip dysplasia. The Physiotherapist's role is to create custom treatment plans based on continuous, thorough examination and evaluation of your pet.

Kelly understands how much pets mean to their owner's, and is committed to providing compassionate and effective treatment to help them return to their best selves.

Chartered Physiotherapists are the experts in the field, and will utilise skills learnt over years of working in the NHS and private sector with large multidisciplinary teams. Your vet, trainer, or behaviourist will all be kept informed of clinical progress with your consent, to ensure a seamless team approach.
