Terms and Conditions Kelly Dewsnip Chartered Physiotherapy

 

  1.  All animals will require veterinary consent prior to Physiotherapy appointments, in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act.

  2.  Payment is due at the time of your session, by cash or card. Payment by BACS is acceptable on the day of appointment. Late payments will incur a fee.

  3.  Failure to attend an appointment, or cancellation of an appointment within 24hrs will incur a charge equal to the price of the session.

  4.  Please let us know if your pet is unwell in the 24hr period prior to an appointment. Any patients with diarrhoea or vomiting within this period must not be brought to clinic to protect other patients.

  5.  Should the medical status of your animal change between sessions, please inform your therapist before your appointment.

  6.  When you arrive at clinic with your dog, please wait in your car until you are called through by a member of the team.

  7.  Whilst every effort will be made to inform you should we need to change the therapist your pet is seeing; we reserve the right to adjust clinic schedules as required.

  8.  All dogs must be on lead at all times whilst on the premises, including in clinic rooms.

  9. Please respect other patients may need space when waiting for, or leaving appointments.

  10.  Please inform us at the time of booking if your dog is reactive with people/ dogs or has any environmental triggers to allow us to assist your dog to remain calm.

  11.  Please bring your dogs muzzle to the appointment if they usually wear one for examination. If at any stage we feel this is indicated, we may use one of our own muzzles if you do not have one available.

  12.  Whilst every care is taken to maintain the environment and equipment at clinic, dogs attending clinic do so at their owner’s risk.

  13.  Kelly Dewsnip Chartered Physiotherapy cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or property whilst attending clinic appointments.
